Speaking and Consulting

As a speaker, Dr. Raines has presented keynote addresses and conducted seminars and workshops in the United States, Mexico, Ecuador, England, Germany, Canada and Switzerland. Many teachers and librarians know her from the series of Story S-t-r-e-c-h-e-r-s books she wrote about integrating children’s literature for all the areas of the curriculum. Books are available from Gryphon House.
“Life Lessons from Children’s Literature” was a standing ovation speech to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Representatives from the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
